Cost of shipping is dependent on a few factors when it comes to shipping patio furniture! The number, type, size and weight of items all need to be factored in, on top of the destination. Luckily we are experts in freight and logistics, and calculate the best possible shipping rate for you.
Our logistics team will calculate and email you the total shipping cost for approval within 1-2 business days. This will be charged separately to your original payment method, once you confirm approval. If not approved, no additional charges will be made and the initial order will be refunded.
Many online furniture stores will inflate their prices or charge a flat rate for shipping, so you could be overpaying for the product or shipping to make up for other customer with more expensive needs. We believe in fair and accurate pricing, and are happy to make sure you pay for only what you need. Please feel free to give us a call with any questions or for an advanced estimate!
You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition with its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Each returned item will be inspected prior to refunding. If the returned item is not in new, unused, or resalable condition there may be applicable restocking fees. All credit card companies and banks post credits in a different timeline. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
